Creamy Hot Artichoke Dip
This dip gets served bubbling hot out of the oven and your guests will be clamoring to get the first bite.
All you need is:
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Vegenaise (vegan mayonnaise)
- 1 cup Daiya cheese (I used mozzarella flavor)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and then transfer to a baking dish that’s suitable for serving. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes or until heated through and beginning to brown on top.
Serve with whatever dippers you’d like! I served baby carrots, celery sticks, blue tortilla chips and raw broccoli. Baguette slices are perfect too.
