Chocolate Banana Mousse
This was the first thing I learned to make on my first round of being vegan, almost a decade ago. It’s basic but classy and delish. In a food processor, blend a carton of silken tofu, a ripe banana, about a 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and vegan powdered sugar to taste. Garnish with fresh berries and a mint leaf which I would’ve totally done had I had a mint leaf.
I drank this as an afternoon snack. It’s a protein shake of sorts!
